Spring School Holiday with kids - Gannon Park Peakhurst

Kids woke up early today and my hubby was nice to enough to cook scramble eggs and sausages for Sunday Breakfast.  Like normal Sunday, we went to the local church and only just realised The Lugarno Lion Spring Festival, held at Gannon Park Peakhurst Spring Festival was on today.

This Festival promises to be the largest so far with: about 200 stalls, 300+ Classic Cars on display, Dog Agility, Carnival Rides, Jousting, Horseball, Youth Sports Expo and so much to see & do.

The entry is free but the rides are expensive, 2 rides for $18!  We didn't go on any rides but the kids did the duck hooking and got some goodies and we bought some yummy snacks.  We saw some display and moving dinasours, camel riding, police cars display, dogs racing competition.  We met some of Pearl's friends too.

After visited the Spring Festival, we headed to see our Optometrist at Roseland.  We had eye test for 4 of us and retina examination too.  Sadly, Pearl will need to wear glasses. :( Pierre had 100% excellent vision.  Obviously Lawrence and I will need new glasses.

We went to Lantern Club after the test.  We were so hungry.  The Club has a great food!  Definitely recommended to you all.
We also visited their little herbs garden.

After meal we went back to Roseland Shopping Centre where we parked our  car.  We went to JB HIFI just wanted to see whats new gadgets they have now.  The kids spotted musical instruments and Pierre found the drum was facinating!

We went home after a long day.  When we got home my mum in law said to gi ti Padstow RSL for dinner at 6pm.

unexpectedly, no planned day became an eventful Sunday!  P

earl and Pierre are on the bed now.
Goodnight Everyone! ^.^

Spring School Holiday with kids - Darling Quater Playground

All NSW school holidays have begun.  It was a sunny and great morning.  I  decided to bring Pearl and Pierre to Darling Quarter to revisit Darling Harbour Playground.

The kids brushed, washed and dressed up so quick that we caught train and use their first Opal Card.  We reached city around 11am.  We visited Chinatown and we dropped by Morning Glory.  Pearl bought some stationary and Pierre bought his DIY dinasour glow in the dark.

I was surprised I saw Tony Moly beauty brand in Morning Glory!  The girl was friendly and explained to me a lot of different skincare.  The price was cheap!.
I bought myself face sheet masks 3 for $5 and Tony Moly Intensive Care Sleeping Pack for $29.95.  Mum and kids were all very happy as everyone shopped.

When we reached the playground we were all hungry.  We headed to McDonald to have lunch then kids spent nearly 2 hrs at the playground and water fountain.

I had my skim flat white coffee and instagram-ming.  We went home around 330pm.  It was certainly a relax afternoin and beautiful day!

ps: got a sms that my hubby will be cooking tonight. ...great!!
